HAMEL CONSTRUCTION which formerly goes by the name HENOK TAMIRU MENTLE CONSTRUCTION,
accordingly with the Ethiopian Business Licensing trend that uses the owner of
the business licenses’ name as a company name if no other option is given as a
company name, until it officially changes its name with the trade registration
certificate Serial No: – 1637605 issued on 11/29/2018 by Addis Ababa City
Administration Trade Bureau, is a juvenile company formed few years back as a
construction company by Henok Tamiru. Our Company is well established on a firm ground of resources comprising a group of experienced professionals, key
equipment’s and tools and dependable financial backup ready to handle projects
of civil construction works.
Hamel Construction is a Grade 3 General Contractor (GC-3) in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction and Grade WWC-1 in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy. As it is known this Grade of construction is a higher class grade. Our company is established with the purpose of creating a customer oriented business considering the present market in this area.
The formation of the company was made prevalent during 2012 G.C by the conductive market, investment policy and the incentive packages, which encouraged the organization to commit it resources to form the company thereby contributing a part to the overall economic development of our country.

What We Offer
During its years of operation, our firm has successfully accomplished a number of
projects in the construction industry by investing a considerable finance for
procuring its management and a number of construction equipment’s. In these
years, the company has proved itself to be fit and well organized in handling a

with no limits including the site locations. And our company is now fully

experience in construction works in order to implement its long time vision of

We Understand Requirements
The management of the company is led by a General Manager, who is a Civil Engineer
with long years of experience in the construction field. The General Manager is
assisted by the Technical unit of the Company, who administer the day to day
activities of the Engineering sectors of the firm with direct consultation with
the General Manager.

The Technical unit undertakes all the engineering works and follows up each individual projects that are being undertaken by the company. So precision is a mandatory not only a duty.
